We're seeking a creative, data-driven Social Media Manager to lead and evolve our B2B social presence across BloomNation, Promenade, and Floom. This role blends content strategy, brand storytelling, and partnership development, driving awareness and engagement across our social channels while strengthening relationships with industry leaders, influencers, and strategic partners. You will also oversee our B2C social media services , leading two Social Media Coordinators who manage content execution for hundreds of partner clients across industries.

As Social Media Manager, you’ll own Dutch’s presence across all social channels — from strategy to execution to bring our brand voice to life, foster community among pet parents, and turn everyday moments of pet care into stories worth sharing. You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing, brand, and veterinary teams to create engaging, educational, and emotional content that reflects Dutch’s mission and drives growth.

Manage and schedule content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). Write, edit, and publish blog posts that align with our brand voice. Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments/messages. Assist with marketing campaigns and promotional activities. Track analytics and provide insights to improve content performance. Research trends and competitor activity to ensure our content stays relevant.

You will own day-to-day social execution on Meta—turning technical product knowledge into clear, credible content that resonates with mechanics and technicians. You’ll plan, create, publish, and measure content, while building community trust and engagement. As results come in, the scope can expand (UGC, collabs, paid social, basic SEO support).

Later is seeking a Community Manager to create bold, social-first content and drive engagement for our clients across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube Shorts. You’ll be responsible for concepting and producing scroll-stopping content, engaging audiences in real time, and ensuring client brands show up authentically in culture. As the day-to-day voice of the brand, you’ll deliver both creative excellence and measurable impact — growing communities, driving engagement, and delivering insights that fuel campaign success.
